01The challenge
A slow, monolithic storefront was losing mobile shoppers, and online and store inventory were never quite in sync.
02Our approach
We moved the storefront to a headless architecture with a server-rendered Next.js front end built for speed and search, and rebuilt the design system around mobile shopping.
A shared catalogue and inventory service now feeds the website, the stores and marketplaces. The migration of 80,000 products ran in parallel with zero downtime.
03The outcome
The new storefront loads in under a second on 4G, and shoppers see accurate stock for every store.
