01The challenge
Patients juggled phone calls, paper reports and separate portals for each hospital. No-shows were high and front-desk teams were overwhelmed.
02Our approach
We ran research in four hospitals, shadowing front desks and interviewing 60 patients and doctors, then prototyped the booking journey until first-time users could finish it in under a minute.
Behind the app sits a scheduling engine that integrates with the hospitals' existing systems over HL7 and FHIR, balances doctors' capacity and sends smart reminders.
03The outcome
Booking, reports and payments now live in one place. Patients book in seconds, and hospitals fill slots that used to go empty.
