01The challenge
The brand had a loyal audience on social media but no product of its own, and a launch date tied to a national campaign.
02Our approach
A combined design and engineering team ran discovery, visual design and prototyping in parallel, testing with 40 members of the brand's community.
We built with React Native for speed, integrated subscriptions on both stores and set up product analytics to learn from day one.
03The outcome
The app launched on schedule with the campaign and became the brand's most direct channel to its community.
