01The challenge
Each plant had its own machines, spreadsheets and reports. Leadership saw performance weekly, and breakdowns still came as surprises.
02Our approach
We connected machines and plant systems through edge gateways streaming over MQTT into a cloud data platform, with one data model across all six plants.
Real-time dashboards show equipment effectiveness by line, and predictive models flag bearings and spindles that are likely to fail, so maintenance can plan ahead.
03The outcome
Phase one is live in four plants. Managers see performance in real time, and maintenance gets warnings days before a breakdown.
